One of Japans unique teas, Hojicha is roasted green tea. Commonly served in Kyoto Japan. Roasting process changes the leaves color from that dark green shade to a golden caramel shade yielding us a nice dark gold liquor. In the same time, eliminates most of the caffeine and substitutes the vegetal notes from the tea with scents of roasted nuts and an inviting smokey aroma. Hojicha an all day drink.
